Located at 1101 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, the Pennsylvanian Project was competed by Kostovny Electric in 1989. This renovation project produced 242 Luxury Apartments and 50,000 Square Feet of office space, and a 13 story masterpiece, with the outside made of brick and terra cotta. Kostovny Electric spent 14 months with 36 men to complete this project. It was also a groundbreaking project for the "Stabiloy" Brand, now owned by General Cable, Using 24,000 Feet of 'Stabiloy' MC Cable and 50,000 Feet of 'Stabiloy' XHHW Conductors. Dalton's Edge is located in Tarentum, Pa. The facility is made up of 3 Buildings, the first holds 48 Apartments, the second holds 72 Apartments, and the third is a community center with space for doctors offices. Kostovny Electric Completed this Project in 2006. We were responsible for the electrical work in all three of the buildings. Since this is an assisted living center for senior citizens, an extensive nurse call system is installed throughout the building, keeping each resident safe in every room of the building.
5637 Forbes is a medium sized apartment building located on Forbes Avenue in Squirrel Hill, Pennsylvania. Kostovny Electric LLC completed this job in the summer of 2012. This building has 19 apartments, ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms. It also has a parking garage on the lowest level for convenient parking for the residents.
